
Corporate Communications Specialist

- Develop and implement strategic communication plans to enhance Allianz's brand reputation and promote company initiatives.
- Create engaging and impactful messaging for both internal and external audiences.
- Serve as a key liaison between Allianz and various stakeholders, including media, investors, and employees.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to identify potential communication opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging across all communication channels.
- Write and edit a variety of content, including press releases, speeches, talking points, and social media posts.
- Proactively identify and pitch potential media opportunities to increase visibility and awareness of Allianz.
- Organize and coordinate media interviews, press conferences, and other events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts and influencers.
- Stay current on industry news and developments to provide recommendations for communication strategies and messaging.
- Provide support and guidance to senior executives on communication strategies and messaging.
- Manage crisis communication and develop crisis communication plans.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries and comments on Allianz's social media channels.
- Ensure all communication materials adhere to company branding and messaging guidelines.
- Continuously evaluate and improve communication strategies and tactics to drive greater impact and results.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Communications, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Convey Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
Strong Understanding Of Digital Communications And Social Media Platforms.
Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines.
