
Corporate Communications Specialist

- Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies to promote and enhance the company's brand and values.
- Write engaging and impactful messaging for various communication channels, including emails, intranet, social media, press releases, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and aligned messaging across all company departments and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and news to proactively identify opportunities for relevant and timely communications.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and external partners, to ensure effective communication and alignment of messaging.
- Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of internal and external communications.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and act as a spokesperson for the company when needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and implement innovative communication strategies to drive engagement and connection within the organization.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other creative professionals to produce visually appealing and impactful communication materials.
- Measure and report on the success of communications initiatives, using data to inform future strategies and tactics.
- Stay informed on industry regulations and ensure all communications are compliant with relevant laws and guidelines.
- Represent the company at events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to promote the brand and build relationships with external stakeholders.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Corporate Communications, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Or A Related Field.
Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Craft And Deliver Effective Messaging For Various Audiences.
Proficiency In Creating And Implementing Communication Strategies, Including Crisis Communication And Reputation Management.
Experience With Media Relations, Including Building And Maintaining Relationships With Journalists And Securing Media Coverage.
