  1. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
  3. Train and educate employees on compliance policies and procedures.
  4. Monitor and enforce compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  5. Investigate and address any compliance violations or issues.
  6. Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations to ensure continued compliance.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance is integrated into all aspects of the business.
  8. Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required.
  9. Serve as a point of contact for regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders.
  10. Conduct due diligence on third-party partners and vendors to ensure compliance.
  11. Participate in compliance-related projects and initiatives.
  12. Communicate any potential compliance risks to senior management and recommend solutions.
  13. Conduct compliance training for new employees and ongoing training for current employees.
  14. Maintain accurate and organized compliance records.
  15. Continuously review and improve compliance processes and procedures.
