  2. Monitor and assess the company's compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  4. Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters.
  5. Investigate and report any suspected violations of laws or regulations to senior management.

  12. Monitor and review marketing and advertising materials for compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  13. Serve as a point of contact for compliance-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Continuously assess and improve the company's compliance program.
  15. Promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Compliance: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Laws And Regulations That Govern The Insurance Industry, Such As The Insurance Act And The Financial Services And Markets Act.

  • Experience In Risk Management: Compliance Officers At Allianz Are Responsible For Identifying Potential Risks And Developing Strategies To Mitigate Them. Therefore, Candidates Should Have A Background In Risk Management And Be Familiar With Risk Assessment Processes.
