  1. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Monitor and assess the company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance issues.
  4. Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
  5. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations and ensure the company's compliance.
  6. Investigate and resolve any reported or suspected compliance violations.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations in all aspects of the company's operations.
  8. Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and regulatory bodies.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.
  10. Proactively identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  11. Stay informed about industry best practices and implement them in the company's compliance program.
  12. Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on compliance issues and potential risks.
  13. Assist with regulatory examinations and inquiries.
  14. Conduct regular compliance training for employees at all levels.
  15. Serve as a point of contact for compliance-related inquiries and concerns from both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Compliance Risks.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Law Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Compliance Or Regulatory Role Within The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Relevant Laws, Regulations, And Industry Standards, Such As The Insurance Act And Anti-Money Laundering Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Different Teams And Stakeholders To Ensure Compliance Across The Organization.
