- Develop and implement innovative partnership strategies to drive growth and revenue for the commercial line of business.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential commercial clients and media partners.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for Allianz and its partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives for commercial clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partnership opportunities and trends in the commercial insurance industry.
- Monitor and track partnership performance, and provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in commercial marketing and advertising.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Allianz, representing the company and its values in all partnership interactions.
- Proactively identify potential risks and issues in partnerships and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Continuously evaluate and improve partnership processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and train junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise in commercial marketing and partnership management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities with commercial clients.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Allianz's commercial offerings.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture within the marketing department and across the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Commercial And Partner Management, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Marketing And Sales Principles, With Proven Success In Developing And Executing Commercial Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With External Partners And Stakeholders.
Demonstrated Experience In Project Management, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines Effectively.
