  1. Conduct thorough investigations of insurance claims to determine validity and coverage.
  2. Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and other relevant parties to gather necessary information and provide updates on claim status.
  3. Analyze and interpret policy language to accurately determine coverage and liability.
  4. Utilize industry knowledge and company guidelines to evaluate and negotiate settlements with claimants.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claim activities, including documentation of investigations, decisions, and payments.
  6. Collaborate with other team members, such as underwriters and attorneys, to ensure efficient and effective handling of claims.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and laws related to insurance claims.
  8. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries and concerns from clients.
  9. Identify and investigate potential fraud or suspicious claims.
  10. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as ethical standards, in all claim activities.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve claim handling processes to ensure timely and accurate resolution of claims.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to applicable privacy laws.
  14. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  15. Meet or exceed performance goals and standards set by the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Insurance Claims Handling, Preferably In Property And Casualty.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Insurance Policies And Regulations, Including State-Specific Requirements.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Accurately Assess And Evaluate Claims.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients, Agents, And Other Stakeholders.
