  1. Evaluate and settle insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the claims process.
  3. Analyze policy coverage and determine liability for claims.
  4. Investigate and gather necessary information to make informed decisions about claim settlements.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders regarding claims status and updates.
  6. Maintain accurate and organized records of claims and related documentation.
  7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and guidelines.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims.
  9. Continuously improve knowledge of insurance policies and procedures to accurately evaluate claims.
  10. Handle a high volume of claims while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  11. Meet performance goals and metrics set by the company.
  12. Identify potential fraud or other red flags during the claims process and escalate as necessary.
  13. Provide recommendations for process improvements and contribute to team initiatives.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  15. Represent Allianz in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Insurance, Business, Or Finance.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Claims Handling, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Accurately Assess Claims And Determine Appropriate Settlements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Colleagues, And Other Parties Involved In The Claims Process.

  • Familiarity With Insurance Laws, Policies, And Regulations To Ensure Compliance With Industry Standards And Company Guidelines.
