Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Analytics, Computer Science, Or Statistics.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Business Intelligence Or Data Analytics.
Strong Proficiency In Sql, Data Visualization Tools (Such As Tableau Or Power Bi), And Statistical Analysis Software (Such As Sas Or R).
Excellent Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Complex Data Sets And Identify Key Insights.
Familiarity With Insurance Industry And Knowledge Of Key Performance Indicators (Kpis) Related To Financial And Operational Metrics.
