
Broker Relationship Manager
The role is meant to take prime responsibility for pipeline and relationship management with major brokers and independently drive the broker administration process. Successfully increase AGCS "Size of Global Broker Wallet", meeting New/Upsell and Cross Sell targets as per local sales plan for global brokers. Monitor and control local adherence to commission tables. Improve submission and quote ratio of agreed broker managed target list. Achieve retention ratio as per global broker sales plan for global brokers. Achieve Client Service Model targets for broker managed accounts by being the accountable partner for external delivery. Ensure quality of service provided by broker team meets broker expectations.
7-10 years of experience Proven track of Underwriting or Development role in industrial / specialty insurance business.
Significant experience working in complex, global matrix organization
Ability to utilize experience to implement best practice in channel management
