Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective workforce strategies to ensure the successful execution of workforce planning initiatives.
- Utilize workforce analytics to provide strategic direction and guidance for workforce planning initiatives.

- Develop and deliver effective workforce training and education programs to meet the needs of the organization.
- Ensure all projects are managed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of workforce strategies to ensure they are meeting the organization’s objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of workforce planning initiatives.
- Utilize HRIS systems to manage and track workforce data.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to present to senior leadership.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure their success.
