Job Description

At Alliance Data Systems, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. As the Senior Account Manager for Product & New Accounts, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships with key clients, driving revenue growth, and creating innovative solutions to meet their business needs.   1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow revenue.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet the specific business needs of clients.
  5. Develop and implement account plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  6. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  7. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on key account performance and growth opportunities.
  8. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement new business strategies.
  9. Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients to ensure their satisfaction.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  11. Train and mentor junior account managers to ensure a high level of performance and delivery.
  12. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance overall account management effectiveness.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving company goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Account Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Account Management, Preferably In The Product And New Accounts Segment. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Portfolio Of Accounts And Achieving Sales Targets.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Product And New Accounts: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Product And New Accounts, Including Industry Trends, Customer Needs, And Competitor Landscape. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Effectively Identify And Pursue New Business Opportunities And Provide Strategic Guidance To Clients.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Senior Account Manager Must Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients And Internal Teams. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Information And Negotiate With Clients To Achieve Mutually Beneficial Outcomes.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Role Of A Senior Account Manager Involves Developing And Implementing Strategic Plans To Drive Business Growth. The Candidate Should Have Exceptional Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities To Identify Challenges, Develop Solutions, And Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Leadership And Team Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Account Managers.
