Lead First Person Fraud Strategy Analyst

The Lead Analyst plays a critical role in the design, testing and monitoring of key fraud strategies from both a brand perspective and a capability perspective. Develop, analyze and distribute fraud reporting in SQL/SAS environments, recommending changes to ensure necessary data is being delivered to drive change for reducing fraud risk. Proactively identify trends, perform root cause analyses, draw meaningful conclusions and provide change recommendations to senior management. Generate ad hoc detection alerts to address emerging threats; produce performance reporting and provide updates/recommended changes. Assess strategy change recommendations and evaluate performance post-implementation, revising as needed to support fraud loss budget. Collaborate with other areas of Card Services on new product initiatives with fraud impacts. Enhance the technical and analytical skillsets of the Fraud Strategy team by sharing existing skills and pursuing next-generation tools and capabilities
