• Oversee and manage all financial operations within Alliance Data Systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures in compliance with company and industry standards.
• Lead and supervise a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
• Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive results.
