- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, best practices, and emerging technologies that can be leveraged to improve operational processes and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of ideas and initiatives, prioritizing based on potential impact and feasibility.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate new ideas, encouraging a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
