Financial Crimes Strategy Manager

Partner with Leaders from BSA/AML and other analytic and quantitative areas in the business to enhance, develop, analyze and distribute reporting, recommending changes to ensure necessary data is being delivered to drive change. Review model output for anomalies and model health. Generate new scenarios and test alerts to address emerging threats. Produce performance reporting and provide updates/recommended changes. Assess strategy change recommendations and evaluate performance post-implementation. Collaborate with other areas of Alliance Data on new product initiatives. Provide mentorship to other team members by the pursuit of best practices and knowledge-sharing. Lead, Coach, motivate, challenge and provide managerial guidance to the team.
