Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance of our facilities and equipment to support the smooth operation of our business.   1. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any issues or areas in need of maintenance.
  2. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing filters, and repairing basic plumbing and electrical issues.
  3. Assist with the organization and maintenance of inventory and supplies for facility maintenance.
  4. Respond promptly to any urgent or emergency maintenance requests.
  5. Keep detailed records of all maintenance performed and report any major issues to the Facilities Manager.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  7. Conduct regular safety checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations and report any potential hazards.
  8. Assist with the coordination of outside contractors for specialized maintenance tasks.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline maintenance processes.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
  11. Communicate regularly with management and team members to provide updates on facility maintenance and any potential issues.
  12. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations pertaining to facilities maintenance to ensure compliance.
  13. Act as a point of contact for employees to report any facility-related issues or concerns.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.
  15. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude while representing the company and interacting with colleagues and vendors.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Education Requirement For This Position Would Be A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Shows That The Candidate Has The Basic Level Of Education Needed To Perform The Job Duties.

  • Previous Maintenance Experience: A Strong Candidate For This Position Would Have Prior Experience Working In Facilities Maintenance. This Could Include Experience With Plumbing, Electrical, Hvac, Or General Building Maintenance.

  • Physical Ability: This Role May Involve Heavy Lifting, Working In Confined Spaces, And Standing For Extended Periods Of Time. A Candidate Should Be Physically Able To Perform These Tasks And Have The Stamina To Complete Them Throughout The Day.
