  1. Oversee and drive the success of operational excellence initiatives within the company.
  2. Utilize project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor process improvement projects.
  3. Identify areas of improvement within current operational processes and develop strategies to address them.
  4. Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure successful implementation of operational excellence initiatives.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
  6. Develop and implement metrics to measure the success of operational excellence initiatives.
  7. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and impact of operational excellence initiatives.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends related to operational excellence and make recommendations for implementation within the company.
  9. Mentor and train employees on operational excellence principles and methodologies.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all operational excellence initiatives.

  • Project Management Experience: A Delivery Lead Must Have Practical Experience In Successfully Managing And Delivering Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget. This Includes The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Delegate Responsibilities, And Track Progress.

  • Knowledge Of Operational Processes: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Operational Processes And Best Practices To Identify Areas For Improvement And Implement Strategies To Optimize Efficiency And Productivity.
