Job Description

Are you fluent in both English and Spanish with a passion for providing exceptional customer support? Alliance Data Systems is seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Associate to join our team.   1. Answer all incoming calls and emails from Spanish-speaking customers promptly and professionally.
  2. Communicate effectively and clearly in both English and Spanish, ensuring all customers feel understood and valued.
  3. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.
  5. Maintain a friendly and positive attitude at all times, creating a welcoming and helpful environment for customers.
  6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting all inquiries and resolutions.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer service.
  8. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
  9. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate and informed support to customers.
  10. Adhere to company standards and guidelines for customer interactions, including privacy and security protocols.
  11. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, even in difficult or stressful situations.
  12. Assist with training and mentoring new team members as needed.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting company values and fostering positive relationships with customers.

Job Qualifications
