  10. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide timely reports on client status and progress.
  11. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
  12. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective client management.
  13. Stay informed on competitor activities and market trends to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  14. Provide training and support to new clients to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
