The Talent Acquisition (TA) function at Alexion supports the company’s ability to deliver on its corporate strategy based on patient-centricity, innovation, value creation, and changing lives. Accountable for driving these strategies through collaboration with Recruiters, People and Culture Partners, leaders and Hiring Managers to ensure timely and costeffective identification and selection of high quality, diverse talent pools required to achieve Alexion’s business goals. Generate leads/source candidates through direct sourcing methods (cold calling, social media, research etc.). Foster deep, authentic relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience. Evaluate novel, innovative and emerging sourcing tools and technologies to attract, connect with and source worldclass talent.
