The Store Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in accordance with ALDI standards and policies. They must interact positively with customers, while providing them with helpful information. The Store Associate is also responsible for stocking shelves, keeping the store clean and organized, and having a thorough knowledge of store products. The following qualifications are required in order to be considered for the position of Store Associate at ALDI:• High School diploma or equivalent• Previous retail experience is preferred• Outstanding customer service skills• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays• Ability to lift up to 45lbs • Ability to stand for extended periods of time• Excellent problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
