Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional and organized Quality Assurance Manager to join the ALDI team and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality. In this role, you will develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes to align with our product requirements. You will be responsible for leading a team of quality assurance specialists and working with vendors and other departments to assess and monitor quality processes.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field, plus five years of relevant experience in a quality assurance role. Additionally, you must possess strong organizational, problem solving, and communication skills, and be able to work independently and collaboratively.
