Loss Prevention Specialist

At ALDI, we are looking for a Loss Prevention Specialist to join our growing team. We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual who is able to think outside the box to help prevent losses within our stores. If you have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, an affinity for data-driven decision making, and a passion for preventing losses in a retail environment, then this is the job for you!Required Qualifications:• At least 5 years' experience in loss prevention, risk management or a related field in the retail industry• Bachelor’s degree in business, criminal justice, or related field preferred• Knowledge of store operations, policies, and procedures• Experience in developing and implementing loss prevention strategies• Ability to analyze data and draw actionable conclusions• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills• Ability to build relationships with store personnel and local law enforcement• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
