If you have a passion for ensuring the safety of people, property, and assets, then ALDI's Loss Prevention Specialist role might be the perfect fit for you! In this challenging position, you will be responsible for preventing and investigating financial losses, such as shoplifting and employee theft. You will also be responsible for monitoring the store and staff behavior to ensure safety, compliance, and overall store performance.To succeed in this role, you must have strong problem-solving and investigative skills and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in loss prevention, retail, or security is highly desired. You must also be able to maintain a professional, friendly demeanor while conducting investigations and working with customers and staff.
