Job Description

The IT Support Specialist is a key member of ALDI's IT team, responsible for providing IT support and maintenance to our internal customers. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to join our team.The right candidate should have an Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field, combined with experience in a technical support role. We are looking for someone with a customer-service oriented attitude and the ability to think quickly and effectively troubleshoot issues. The successful candidate must also be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about their work, takes initiative, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service.
