At ALDI, we are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team. We are seeking an experienced professional, who is customer service-oriented and has a passion for technology. As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance to our customers, troubleshoot computer systems, and help maintain the company’s network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in IT or customer service, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
