Job Description

In this role as an IT Analyst, you will be a member of the Network team supporting all network infrastructure across all retail spaces, home office, and Warehousing systems. Execution of deployment operations to monitor and improve on pre-release, upgrades and current versions of software. Leads alignment between network and hardware security and technical execution strategies. Utilizes experience in order to identify problematic relationships. Mentors less experienced members of the team. Provides instruction to less experience staff on application usage or change automation creation. Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to leadership.

Job Qualifications

5 years of experience with configuration of switches and routers.
5 years experience working with complex IP routing and other protocols
Experience in testing and implement cloud-based voice solution.
5 years experience providing network support for VoIP phone system and troubleshoot voice quality problems as required.
