Power Electrician

Install, repair, construct, test, adjust and service computers (including main frame and CPUs), electrical/electronic, recording/control, refrigeration/air conditioning equipment and all other systems located at a Power Plant. Diagnose and correct problems. Design, install, repair, inspect, test, calibrate, adjust, maintain, modify, construct, clean and service electrical/electronic/pneumatic, recording/control, and refrigeration/air conditioning systems. Plan working procedures using prints, drawings, diagrams, manuals and codes. Change charts and ink cartridge on recorders. Erect and remove ladders and scaffolding used in connection with work; operate required material handling equipment/vehicles. Keep necessary records and logs such as labor distribution cards, calibration and calculation records. Recycle refrigerant per EPA standards (cert.) Repair personal computers. Record failure analysis/root cause.
