Job Description

Contribute to the development and support of the ITAS Smelting PCS portfolio which include, and are not limited to, Pot Control, MES, and Mobile products. Ensure delivery of projects and services in a constantly evolving technology environment. Work as a team member to evaluate, implement and support manufacturing solutions that meet customer needs. Implement new manufacturing solutions and / or system updates. Provide advice, mentorship, and training to customers in production systems, to site resources serving in production and technical roles, and to global COE/CI resources. Ensure maximum operational availability and meet operational service level agreements. Develop a detailed understanding of production processes in assigned areas.

Job Qualifications

  • Practical process control-related experience in software development.

  • Experience in T-SQL with solid grasp of Microsoft SQL databases.

  • Available to travel 20-25%: for deployments, migrations, upgrades, and support.

  • Experience in using DevOps, either on-premise or Cloud, for pipeline deployments

  • Basic knowledge of mobile-enabled application architecture and development.
