Contract Services Coordinator

Coordinates all contractor activities onsite with plant operations to ensure efficiency and minimizing cost. Support in developing scope of work with the maintenance team for all projects executed by contractor. Oversees day-to-day contractor activity on site including site orientation, job safety review, and execution of the approved scope of work. Organize walkthrough with contractors for bidding process on capital and expense projects. Manage purchase orders, invoices, and time sheets for all contracting activities on site. Ensure all contracting activities are scheduled and planned accordingly with our maintenance strategy. On occasion, manage capital, and expense project requests, schedules, costs, etc. Support warehouse activities including material movement, inventory count, kitting, etc.
