10. Participate in hiring and onboarding of new warehouse team members.
11. Conduct regular performance evaluations for warehouse staff.
12. Identify and implement cost-saving measures in warehouse operations.
13. Ensure all products are handled and stored according to company and industry standards.
14. Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and procedures.
15. Continuously look for ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance overall warehouse operations.
