  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, locating products, and processing transactions accurately.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing products, and ensuring appropriate signage is displayed.
  4. Learn and familiarize oneself with store products and promotions to effectively assist customers and make recommendations.
  5. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions in an accurate and efficient manner.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks and provide support as needed.
  7. Follow all store policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of customers and store assets.
  8. Attend training sessions and continuously seek opportunities to improve knowledge and skills.
  9. Assist in receiving and stocking merchandise, as well as maintaining inventory levels.
  10. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the store and company in a positive light.
  12. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the freshness and quality of products.
  13. Assist in store maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed.
  14. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer service and store operations.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
