- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages in a timely and efficient manner
- Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers

- Take and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Learn and uphold Starbucks and Albertsons standards and procedures for beverage preparation and presentation
- Continuously develop knowledge of different coffee blends, brewing methods, and beverage recipes
- Operate cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities provided by the company
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Previous Barista Experience: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience Working As A Barista In A Fast-Paced Environment, Preferably In A Coffee Shop Or Café Setting.
Knowledge Of Coffee And Espresso Drinks: Baristas Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Coffee And Espresso Drinks, Including How To Properly Grind Beans, Froth Milk, And Create Latte Art.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: Baristas At Albertsons Are Expected To Provide Friendly And Efficient Service To Customers, So Strong Customer Service Skills Are A Must.
Ability To Work In A Team: The Barista Role At Albertsons Requires Collaboration With Other Team Members, So Candidates Should Be Able To Work Well In A Team Setting And Communicate Effectively With Others.
