- Create and serve high-quality, handcrafted beverages to customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the preparation and cleaning of equipment and utensils.
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Educate customers on our menu offerings and make personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on new products, promotions, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even during busy or stressful times.
- Follow company standards and procedures for preparing and presenting beverages.
- Upsell and promote products to increase sales and revenue.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
- Follow all cash handling and inventory procedures accurately.
- Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
Previous Barista Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 6 Months Of Experience Working As A Barista, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Strong Customer Service Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Provide Exceptional Customer Service To Ensure A Positive Experience For Each Customer.
Knowledge Of Coffee And Tea: Candidates Should Have A Basic Understanding Of Coffee And Tea Brewing Techniques, As Well As The Ability To Make A Variety Of Espresso-Based Drinks.
Ability To Work In A Team: The Starbucks Barista Will Be Working Alongside Other Team Members, So The Ability To Collaborate And Work Well With Others Is Essential.
Availability To Work Flexible Hours: Baristas At Albertsons May Be Required To Work Early Mornings, Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays, So Candidates Should Have A Flexible Schedule To Accommodate These Shifts.
