1. Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality beverages to customers, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, in accordance with company standards.

3. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including brewing equipment, counters, and display cases.
4. Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
5. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests or dietary restrictions are accommodated.
6. Operate cash register and handle cash and card transactions with accuracy.
7. Educate customers on different coffee blends, brewing methods, and other products offered in the store.
8. Stay up-to-date on current promotions, products, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations, including restocking supplies and cleaning duties.
10. Continuously work to improve and perfect beverage recipes and presentation techniques to exceed customer expectations.
11. Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance.
13. Attend and actively participate in training sessions and meetings.
14. Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment for both customers and team members.
15. Display a strong work ethic and willingness to take on additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management.
