  1. Greet and welcome customers to the Starbucks counter at Albertsons with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by taking and preparing orders accurately and efficiently.
  3. Ensure that all beverages are crafted to Starbucks' standards and presented in a visually appealing manner.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas.
  5. Educate customers about Starbucks products and promotions, and offer suggestions and recommendations.
  6. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely, following all cash handling procedures.
  7. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of all food and beverage items.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  9. Continuously learn and stay updated on new products, promotions, and company policies and procedures.
  10. Adhere to all company and Starbucks standards, including dress code, grooming, and punctuality.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, especially during peak hours and busy periods.
  12. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and enjoyable work environment for all employees.
  13. Take initiative to solve customer issues and complaints, and escalate to managers when necessary.
  14. Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge as a Starbucks Barista.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
