1. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to company standards and customer preferences.
2. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
3. Take and accurately process customer orders using the register system.
4. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the Starbucks kiosk.
5. Maintain knowledge of all menu items, promotions, and company policies.
6. Handle cash and credit transactions and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
7. Uphold high levels of customer service by responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and respectful manner.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely service.
9. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
10. Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies.
11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the customer experience.
12. Attend training and development sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
13. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
