- Maintain knowledge of all coffee offerings, including seasonal and promotional items.
- Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, blenders, and grinders.

Previous Experience As A Barista: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience Working As A Barista, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment Like Starbucks. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Handle Customer Orders Efficiently And Make High-Quality Beverages.
Knowledge Of Coffee And Beverage Preparation: As A Barista, It Is Essential To Have A Strong Understanding Of Different Coffee And Tea Varieties, As Well As Their Preparation Methods. This Includes Knowing How To Grind And Brew Coffee, Froth Milk, And Create Latte Art.
