  1. Create and serve high-quality and delicious coffee beverages according to Starbucks standards.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all health and safety protocols.
  4. Efficiently handle cash and credit transactions, accurately counting and reconciling sales.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inventory, equipment, and customer needs.
  6. Continuously seek to improve skills and knowledge of coffee products, recipes, and techniques.
  7. Engage with customers, building relationships and promoting the Starbucks brand.
  8. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
