- Oversee all construction projects for our corporate locations, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with project stakeholders.
- Coordinate and communicate with various internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth execution of construction projects.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and project specifications.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best pricing and services for the company.
- Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained and that all construction activities comply with local and state regulations.
- Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to develop and implement innovative and cost-effective design solutions.
- Mentor and provide guidance to other construction team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in construction processes and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Construction Project Management, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Extensive Knowledge Of Construction Processes, Building Codes, And Project Management Software.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Construction Professionals.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Completing Large-Scale Construction Projects On Time And Within Budget.
