  1. Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth for the retail media division of Albertsons.
  2. Lead a team of professionals to deliver exceptional service and results for agency and brand clients.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with agency and brand partners, serving as the primary point of contact for all client communication.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.
  5. Utilize your deep understanding of the retail landscape and digital advertising to identify and capitalize on new opportunities for growth.
  6. Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
  7. Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert for retail media, providing guidance and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Albertsons' retail media capabilities and offerings, and effectively communicate this to clients.
  9. Set and track performance metrics for client success, and provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership.
  10. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and incorporate them into client strategies.
  12. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of each agency and brand client's unique business objectives and goals.
  13. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and execution of campaigns and initiatives.
  14. Monitor and manage client satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  15. Serve as a brand ambassador for Albertsons, promoting our retail media capabilities and representing our company in a professional and positive manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Retail Media: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience Working In Retail Media, Preferably In A Leadership Role. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Retail Industry, Including Current Trends And Challenges.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Director, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Client Success Managers. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing And Developing High-Performing Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Abilities: This Role Requires Frequent Communication With Both Internal And External Stakeholders. The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Build Strong Relationships With Clients And Partners.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: The Senior Director Will Be Responsible For Developing And Executing Strategic Plans To Drive Client Success And Revenue Growth. They Should Have A Strong Analytical Mindset And Be Able To Identify And Solve Complex Problems.

  • Knowledge Of Digital Marketing And Advertising: In Addition To Retail Media Expertise, The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing And Advertising. They Should Be Familiar With Various Digital Channels And Technologies And Have Experience In Developing And Executing Successful Campaigns.
