
Senior Data Analyst, Loyalty Finance

- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to loyalty programs and financial performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other visualizations to effectively communicate complex data to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and provide data-driven recommendations for improving loyalty program performance.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators related to loyalty program success and financial performance, and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of loyalty program initiatives.
- Utilize statistical methods and predictive modeling to forecast future trends and inform decision making.
- Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues and implement solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in loyalty programs and financial analysis.
- Train and mentor junior analysts on data analysis techniques and best practices.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders at various levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement new tools and technologies to improve data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data and comply with data privacy regulations.
- Take ownership of projects and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimize and improve existing processes and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of data analysis results and recommendations.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Data Analysis And Financial Reporting, Preferably In A Retail Or Loyalty Program Setting.
Extensive Knowledge Of Database Management, Sql Programming, And Data Visualization Tools.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Findings And Insights To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
