  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
  2. Assist customers with finding products and making purchasing decisions.
  3. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, promotions, and store policies.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
  5. Operate cash registers and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  6. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient shopping experience for customers.
  8. Assist in inventory management, including receiving and stocking of products.
  9. Monitor and maintain the appearance of the store, ensuring it is clean, safe, and inviting for customers.
  10. Follow all store policies and procedures, including safety protocols and cash handling guidelines.
  11. Communicate with management regarding inventory needs, customer feedback, and any issues that may arise.
  12. Continuously strive to improve customer service and contribute to a positive work environment.
  13. Stay knowledgeable about products, promotions, and company initiatives to effectively assist customers.
  14. Complete any additional tasks or projects assigned by management to support the overall operation of the store.
