- Greet and welcome customers to the store with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Assist customers in finding products and provide recommendations based on their needs.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and efficient manner.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions in order to effectively communicate with customers.
- Keep store shelves stocked and organized, including rotating and facing products to ensure a visually appealing and easy shopping experience.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point of sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping, mopping, and restocking shelves.
- Assist in setting up displays and signage for promotional events and new products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is well-maintained and all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer shopping experience and provide feedback to management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
- Attend training sessions and participate in ongoing education to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned by management to contribute to the overall success of the store.
