- Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, locating products, and making product recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and ensuring all products are properly displayed.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is well-stocked and all products are available for customers.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking products, checking for expired items, and rotating merchandise.
- Respond to customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Up-sell and cross-sell products to customers to increase sales and meet store targets.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and store promotions to accurately answer customer questions and promote products.
- Follow store policies and procedures for cash handling, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and team members at all times.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient team dynamic by assisting with tasks and supporting team members when needed.
- Attend and actively participate in training and meetings to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols to create a safe shopping environment for customers and team members.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals set by the store.
Strong Customer Service Skills: This Includes Excellent Communication Skills, Problem-Solving Abilities, And The Ability To Handle Difficult Customers With Patience And Professionalism.
Sales Experience: A Successful Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Retail Sales, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets.
Knowledge Of Products And Services: The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Products And Services Offered At Albertsons And Be Able To Effectively Communicate This Information To Customers.
