4. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is well-stocked and all products are available for customers.
6. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking products, checking for expired items, and rotating merchandise.
7. Respond to customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
8. Up-sell and cross-sell products to customers to increase sales and meet store targets.

10. Follow store policies and procedures for cash handling, returns, and exchanges.

13. Attend and actively participate in training and meetings to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
14. Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols to create a safe shopping environment for customers and team members.
