- Greet and welcome customers to the store with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering assistance, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by stocking shelves, rotating products, and keeping aisles clear.
- Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with store operations such as receiving and stocking inventory, preparing displays, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for customers.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on product knowledge to accurately assist customers with their purchases.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, safety, and loss prevention.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by demonstrating a strong work ethic, teamwork, and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times and promote a positive image to customers.
At Least 1 Year Of Experience In Retail Sales, Preferably In A Grocery Or Supermarket Setting.
Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Assist Customers.
Knowledge Of Basic Math And Cash Handling, With The Ability To Accurately Process Transactions And Handle Money.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment, With The Flexibility To Adapt To Changing Tasks And Priorities.
Familiarity With Store Operations And Procedures, Including Stocking, Inventory Management, And Merchandising, To Provide Support As Needed.
