- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring all areas are tidy.
- Assist customers with locating products and making purchasing decisions.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with efficiency and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is adequately stocked and all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers.
- Take initiative to learn and cross-train in various departments within the store.
- Communicate any inventory or stocking needs to management.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Adhere to all company and legal regulations, including those pertaining to health and safety.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures as needed.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
