  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers by greeting them, answering questions, and assisting with their shopping needs.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized store by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and keeping aisles clear.
  3. Assist with store operations such as inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
  4. Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is running efficiently and effectively.
  5. Proactively identify and resolve any customer issues or concerns.
  6. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
  7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  8. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  9. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.

  11. Actively seek out opportunities to improve the customer shopping experience.

Job Qualifications
