  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a positive and friendly first impression.
  2. Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and providing recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized store, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are visually appealing.
  4. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
  5. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks and responsibilities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. Assist in restocking and replenishing inventory as needed, ensuring products are always available for customers.
  8. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers and make recommendations.
  9. Maintain store policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping environment for customers.
  10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
  11. Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic, consistently providing exceptional customer service.
  12. Communicate effectively with customers and team members, both verbally and in writing.
  13. Be a brand ambassador for Albertsons, representing the company's values and mission to customers.
  14. Assist in other areas of the store as needed, including stocking, cleaning, and organizing.
  15. Attend training and development sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
